Had about 6 hours sleep. B'fast with friend, then home for another 2 hours of sleep.

Slept like two logs previous night. Got some catching up to do, (night before last sucked) and rode on my bike for an hour yestereve to make sure I did fell asleep quite easily.. which ja, worked well.
