I normally sleep well. Except when my wife wakes me up for snoring.

Last night I was very tired, fell asleep very quickly. Then woke up around 2 am, feeling hot and nauseous. Couldn't get back to sleep. Got about an hour in the morning. Ended up late for work.

Thought about what might have caused it while I was on the train this morning. Realized that it must have been the short hike I went on yesterday with my son during the early afternoon while it was hot. I'm really out of shape and I got really hot and sweaty. Mild heat stress.

Slept well. Had an exciting dream that I found access to a hidden room in the lower levels of a palace where the skin of a slain dragon had been magically bound. The dragon skin was a silvery colour and very large and heavy. I got in there and there was more than the evil dragon, there were spirits of dozens of other humans, trapped for some reason. I tried to free them.... (at work, cant write too many more details)...

Fell asleep right away (granted, it was late). Woke up at some point and couldn't get back to sleep for awhile. Then I finally did and awoke when the sun rose. Fell back asleep and awoke just prior to my alarm.
