Not well. I woke up at 3 AM and spent the next hour trying to go back to sleep.

Surprisingly well, after a rough night of work.  A small glass of sherry might have been the ticket!

Lightly.
I couldnt get to sleep at first...was wired, processing an unusual day. But i did the visulisation and was out before getting to the secret door.
Can't you guys even just imagine it?

Forget practicality, or your experience....can you just....imagine?

It's there. It always was.

Best sleep in days. Actually snoozed over four hours before I began to stir. Kind of rare these days.

I slept well even after letting the cat out for a pee at 4:30am. The alarm woke me up at 7:30am.

Have you checked if there is something in the house making some noise at that time?

I finally broke the spell, me. I overslept this morning, with a vengeance.

There isn't inside, but the coyotes are really active lately so it may be them calling back and forth.
