How well did you sleep last night?

I don't often start new topics...

I slept at a friend's after she had a party last night. I took two Phenergan so I slept well but she woke me up early so I haven't had enough sleep.

I found out recently that Phenergan used to be used as an antipsychotic.

i havnt slept well. i twisted my shoulder and thought it was fine before i went to bed, and it started throbing in the middle of the night and hasnt stopped. also i have been the emotion equivalent of a train wreck last night to this morning

 As for me, I slept quite well, but it's only 2:44 a.m., so I shouldn't be awake yet.  :laugh:

Very good last night and better over all since I began taking Adderall for ADD which is speed  oddly enough.  Only woke up once for Max's 2am bathroom break

I wanted to go to bed early, and I did. Very sleepy, the spinning head kind of sleepy.
Daughter kept me awake though, so, in the end it was way beyond midnight before I slept. Was past being sleepy.
Did wake early, but, gave myself another few hours of sleep, before getting up.

Not too bad a night.

Jumped in my bed early last night, ('round about half past eleven, I'd say), which is really early for me. And the good thing, surprisingly, I managed to doze off pretty fast after I hit it. Don't fall asleep that easily normally. Woke up early too.. not feeling unfit or anything. Um, a p/m 7½ on a 1 to 10 scale, I reckon.

(good thread to have, I think)
