Today, I did not do that much yet, bar from feeding cats here and at a friends place, taking meds, and reading newspaper.
OK, harvested some herbs and butterhead lettuce that was very much ready to be eaten from the garden of my friend. And watered all her potplants (regular herbs).
Yesterday I did a lot more.
Feeding cats, watering plants, lots of cleaning, polishing, and some mild, but effective reorganising. Then went looking for a bike I had seen on Marktplaats. Bike was shite. Had a cup of coffee, bought some sports-clothes for the girls, school will start within two weeks. Went home, had a belated lunch with the girls. And then noticed there was a bike on offer on Marketplaats in my own village, from a man who works as a bicycle mechanic. So, bought a second hand bike after all, yesterday. Gazelle, hybrid. Fixed front cog, but still 7 gears. Cogs at the rear in very good shape. Offering a smooth ride.
Made lasagna, following orders on a package. Been a long time that I had food that boring and bland.
Had a walk with my oldest, after that we all had a nice dessert. And then youngest and I did some lace bobbing.
