I went to the range and fired my Ruger LC9 and my Smith & Wesson 642-2.

i have to stay away from sugary foods and exercise more. Doctor wants me to lose 40lbs.
Time to rethink food and my free time.

Technically this was yesterday, but since I now tend to post in the morning rather than later during the day: I spent the day working on publishing stylesheets for a client. I'm pleased with the result, I have to say.

That sucks.  Do you have a plan?  Weight watchers is pretty good.

Kindergarten graduation? Wow.

Here they implemented kindergarten into primary school, so, it is just another year you are going to, when leaving kindergarten, taking a scrapbook home with a selection of all you made during those two years.

In two weeks I'll be attending the goodbye musical of the youngest at primary school. They grow up so fast.

My strategy.

Excercise 30 minutes minimum per day.
Take less naps.
Keep moving.

Stay away from desserts.
Extremely limit red meat intake.
Eat a salad with each meal.
