Washed a small load of laundry, took in the towels hanging on the line and put them away.  Got 2 meals from the PR from the fast food place (bad me), PA and I met with the PR's Personal Care Coordinator to start the ball rolling on services she's entitled to and needs - some occupational and physical therapy, a job, etc.

Took the PR bowling and to the library, grocery shopped, mowed the back yard. 

Starting to feel the effects of the mowing - hands, legs, back and left arm hurt.

Pruned off low limbs on 3 trees...cut down 2 deformed pine trees, small 7-8' size, hauled branches up hill. More :laundry:, cooked chicken.

Today I:
-woke up,
-showered
-walked my dog (she pooped and peed)
-walked across the river to downtown
-had a 2hr phone meeting: initially about what to say about peer pressure to high schoolers, but evolved into another convo
-walked to the market, had pizza and hot chocolate (made with almond milk)
-tried to listen to music, but failed
-met up with my eldest and littlest bro
-walked to the park with brothers
-played had amazing awesome fun and made music
-returned littlest bro to his mom
-returned home
-took dog out to pee
-came to cafe, drank tea, read stuff, typed stuff on forums
-typed up research notes
-now, going to walk home and watch out for northern lights...
