Saw a physiotherapist.  I've to do a bunch of stretches each day and go back in a couple of weeks.

Made an early surrender to a sinus attack.  Had face ache, sore throat and a cough.  Went to the doc-in-a-box today rather than tomorrow.  Got a shot, a Rx and am self-medicating myself with ice cream.

Went and got some money out of an ATM.
Drove to see Ceilidh and almost got lost on the way there.
Did some shopping halfway through my visit and got really stressed out.
Came back home, had dinner, fed cat, now on here.

Helped my oldest die her hair green.
Looks almost natural. The tips of her hair are still of a rusty red, the rest is now a spring green. As if she just came up in a forest setting.  :laugh:

Cleaned up at my fathers condo before picking him up at the old folks rehab place then taking him to do his errands before ice skating my way home in the van passing multiple accidents along the way

Took PA to the orthopedist.  He had his cast changed.  The doctor said the surgery site looked very good.  Next appointment in 3 weeks.

^Hope he continues to improve.

I had my Irlen appointment today. My lenses will be just a bit more purple than last time. Only thing is, I have to wait four weeks to get them. :(
