This and the excessive security is the reason I don't fly and would rather drive.  Although I am probably going to have to this year because I don't have the time to drive to Oregon to see my brother who I promised to visit this year

Lots and lots.  Took urchin to school for the morning and collected him at one.  Had to do some shopping for my mom, and then dropped it to her.  Been sanding woodwork and now retelling the three little pigs to the urchin - the adapted version :zoinks:

I was able to chisel the remaining ice off of the Christmas lights on the porch and finally get them put away. :thumbup:

Worked, first at the day job and then at the cinema. The projection business is boring as hell now that digital projectors have replaced 35mm film.

When I flew back from Spain on leave in 1980 United sent my bags to Hawaii when I got off at SFO. To their credit they had the bags delivered to my parents house at about 7:00 am the next day.

Went to the range and shot my Kimber Custom II 1911 45 ACP, Glock 26 9mm, Beretta Nano 9mm and Ruger LCP 380.  :thumbup: :hyke:

Precious little.

Addition - The 12th was PA's birthday.  He made 71.  We were supposed to go out for dinner, but his ankle was hurting him, so we postponed it for a day or two.
