What have you done today? (Pt 2)

Ran errands, cooking, some cleaning, getting things organized for tomorrow's road trip to get the pup into the groomer. I can't go into any stores and I'll be out for 5 hours so lots of van waiting. Potentially taking a walk at my favourite spot if it's not busy.

Nothing much other than cook some interesting food and chilling inside mainly having a lay in day.

What has it done to your feet? We have vinyl tiling throughout the house except for the lounge room which has a rug.

Wooden floors here and I'm always barefoot year round inside. I really don't like socks or shoes unless I'm away from home. In someone else's house I'll wear socks because being barefoot would feel weird.

Thinking it's primarily poor ergonomics at home work station. Have been sitting with knees bent too far and resting on balls of feet. Now balls of feet hurt from pressing on the hard floor and there's numbness in the left big toe, so probably kinking a nerve as well. It's subconscious action so can't seem to stop doing it, though wearing shoes while sitting seems to correct it.

Don't wear shoes at home either, but also not at home all day. Used to take off shoes at work too, but that was back when there were cubicles.

Took something for my headache which right now is a dull roar. Hoping it doesn't intensify because I've got a lot of driving to do today and I can't find my sunglasses.

Started looking into converting some 28,000 legal documents. Ugh. This is going to take some time.

Oh, and more importantly, I bought beer.

Teleconference this morning, groceries picked up and put away. Errands done for the week. Going to play video games with the kids tonight.

Got a little bit of gardening done while the cub messed around in the yard.
