Helped my daughter and her boyfriend to build some furniture (and get rid of some of their old stuff). Worked.

Got up, had a Vegemite sandwich and a banana. Showered, took meds. Had a phone appointment with my psychologist which went well. Changed the sheets and doona cover on my bed which was difficult because Liam wanted to stay on my bed near the window where the sunlight was coming in. He got irritated when I kept moving him.

Watched Star Trek - two episodes of Voyager and one of Deep Space Nine.

Helped the youngest with science. Worked. Read. Did all the medical stuff for the pup. Cooked a really good dinner. Now in bed super early, listening to a chorus of spring peepers and about to do more reading.
