I'm converting around 28,000 legal documents from one XML format to another, a process I started first thing in the morning and that will take the rest of the day.

^YUCK!
NO, allow me to rephrase. Fucking YUCK!

Cold and mostly cloudy. I drug my table saw out into the drive (no small undertaking) and cut a few more panels for my upcoming project.
I now have all four sides cut, but dadoes are yet to be cut. I also have one of the back panels.

I really want to cut a baffle board, but I am holding back until I get all the "small but important cuts"  done. I have to build a box to hold the twelve inch upper bass driver, which connects to the baffle board, but the bracing ties into all six sides. I will hold back on these panels as well.
Many of the modern retro builders who tackle this construction project have used some sort of concrete, round forming medium made of compressed cardboard to create the exact same internal dimension as the original. I chose to re-build the original wood(plywood) box for the upper bass driver.

I am not going to attempt to outsmart those well tested engineers of old.

Took The PR to therapy
B'fast with friend
Went to doctor's to get a referral for The PR
Came home, I'd lost the referral between the doctor's and my driveway
Back to doctor for another referral
Pick up The PR from therapy.

Got a battery for my daughter's car. She rarely uses it, so I am commandeering it for my personal use (to her benefit). I have tried to get her to keep the battery charged through this very cold snap we have had, but to no avail. I can not even get her to start it every day and just keep the battery charged.

So a discharged lead acid battery will begin to eat itself from the inside, as we all know. Hers has done so.

But I will have to drive her car this week while my car is being fixed.

Last month when we got that blast of snow, my car was rear ended by a snow plow, of all things. Thankfully, I saw it coming and moved forward as far as I could to allow the thing to stop, but it was not enough. It took out my driver's side tail light and dented my rear door.

Now I am ready to suffer from a week or so of driving a small car while my nice big comfortable car is being repaired.

Was volunteering at the shop and found a few things.
Some Star Wars figurines including Ahsoka from the Clone Wars which is my favourite character.
A Star Trek TNG book that I haven't read.
And last but not least, a Train The Cat To Use The Toilet kit. We're kind of unsure which of our three cats should be trained.

The oldest, Mollie, won't be able to jump up on the toilet, nor would she try.

I think we would have the most success with Kira, who is two. He's fascinated by the toilet and is not scared of the flush. He often likes to be with me when I go.

Wanna sell it?
I am looking for a decent used vise.

I have a really heavy duty Chinese and I have gotten about thirty years out of it, but it is huge and not the design I prefer.

A great find on your part, Parts!
