Yep. Still have a bit of a cough but it's a whole lot better than it was. I went volunteering yesterday and I was fine.

Today I went to the chemist for meds and then to the op shop around the corner from where I live. I was looking for black pants but didn't find any in my size. Found some grey cargo pants though. Brought them home and washed them. Hung them on the new clothes airer we have.

I think I'll have a cup of tea and read for a while.

Went to several open homes today, which I shouldn't have really done.
Bought more stoopid expensive cat litter. Came home and washed the car.

Visited other boss guy in hospital down in Newcastle with crush boi. Managed to fit in some shopping down there and bought new dance shoes.
Boss man is stable now and has been moved to the general neurology ward. He's very weak and confused though - he thinks he is coming to work tomorrow amongst other funny things.

Took a nice walk on the road and into the woods.  Picked some garbage up off the section of road I "adopted" to de-litter.  Managed to fix Carla's digital camera, that she had dropped on the floor and the lens and it's resting on and holding pieces fell out.  Sat on the porch, ate a peanut butter sandwich, watching an approaching thunderstorm, talking to Amber about stuff.  Still feeling a bit of "gloating" for my court victory over the sociopath.  Now off to enjoy a glass of  Amontillado........

Still thinks he'll be back at work on Monday, and even tried to talk about all the jobs to get stuck into when he returns.
It's not that he's confused, it's just that work has dominated his life for that long he's still in that mindset.
He's back at the local hospital now so that's good.

Today I went and picked up some free uprooted agapanthus from some lady off FB for my mum.
Then I went to one open house, dropped off the plants to mum and came home for a nap and headache tablets.

Went to Aldi and got a few things, drinks among them. Then got $25 of petrol on the way home. I've done two loads of washing as well. Now waiting for the kettle to boil.

Took care of my budgies, as well as the cat. Watched a movie, had supper with Mom, Dad, and Moe Moe.

Moe Moe was visiting... someone who is my sister's best friend from 5th grade... someone who is practically another sister to me.

Wearing one of my favorite t-shirts.  The one that says,  "You are the result of 4 billion years of evolutionary success....ACT LIKE IT"  And I have gotten nice compliments on it after they have a good laugh at what it says.  So far, compliments 5, major stink eye 1.   :laugh:  8)
