Why a fork? because I couldn't be forked looking for a spoon. So I thought forkit, I'm eating this with a forking well cake fork.

So I did. Getting the last bits out of the glass jar with my tongue and fingertips after getting out of licking range. Then I ate the other jar.

And Bird's custard powder is the stuff i envisioned  when you said 'cant get the vanilla custard'...tell me how to make them??? please??? they sound good.

I love that custard, made thin, enough to drink it, especially if blended with a bit of milk and some vanillin, ethylvanillin (these are useful for making mescaline etc. analogs so not unhandy to have around) or vanilla extract, a drop or two, or used with a vanilla milkshake, to make a custard-shake. MMMmmmh.

But I can get that stuff, so, how do I make them?

As for me, today, I picked meds up, went to see the neurologist, who's referring me to a neuroPSYCHologist, and trying to tell me the seizures are due  to stress and all in my head. As in, not 'electrophysiological location thereof' but 'you are neurotic and it's stress and all in your mind'

Another 6-12 month wait time. Guy said he wants me off my meds. I humored him, inasmuch as I  said  'fine, but ONLY, IF this approach first produces a complete 'cure'. In other words  'no, it's not about to happen, go fuck off, I'm a lot better off since I got on them than I'd be without, and you can sit on a dog's cock and spin until spunk dribbles out of your nose', but I can't say that to your face, so I'll tell you that in a one word answer, veiled as an agreement. But seriously doc fuck you, all in my head, neurotic....'most people we see find this is the case, so  therefore so is yours' was basically what he said.

Errrmmm...and calling THAT 'evidence based  medicine'....'you are because a lot of people we see are'

Well, dipshit with no comprehension of the words  'evidence based  medicine', I am not 'lots of people'. I am a me and there is only one of them. Only one Lestat Rett, and it's the original, the real deal, and there isn't going to be another one.

Woke up after sleeping in
(hygiene, dog, et cetera)
wrote a poem
wrote tune for the poem (which resembles a christmas carol, but in jig format)
went grocery shopping
played GRIS
checked on my coworker's cats (cleaned 3 litter boxes, fed wet food, dry food, brushed)
returned home and practiced music
made tea, ate dinner, took meds
about to walk my pup a long one. the streets are nice and empty :)

^Really nice of you to look after your coworker's cats. It's no fun cleaning litter trays.

Drove to my sister's place then had to drive back home again because I forgot the presents. Had a really nice lunch of different types of salad and lasagna. Had a really nice dessert of ice cream and cheesecake. Very full now.

Loved talking to family, especially my mum and my sister. Had an all round good time but I left early - socialising like that takes it out of me. Brought some leftover food home. Cooked food and some fruit salad.

Printed and framed photos for gifts (paper mat frames, nothing special, but they still look nice).

Gonna vacuum in a bit. Maybe scrub the tub, maybe eat some.

Then practice fiddle for awhile.

Went to the cinema and watched Aquaman with a friend. Went back to her place for Boxing Day dinner. Unwrapped a present from my friend - she got me some awesome Hufflepuff stuff - t-shirt, socks and two badges. Will wear the shirt tomorrow maybe.

Started to refill the disaster/emergency bin.  Something we started years ago in the event of a disaster or evacuation that we had to do.  It has 3 days of food (canned/non-perishable), water and stuff we need to use a camp stove, etc.  Every once in a while I have to go thru and remove stuff that has expired dates on them.

I had a Left side hernia repair surgery with a mesh a couple of years ago.  I feel your pain.

Thanks bro. It is painful, This is my second surgery for this, but the first time with 3D printed mesh. Hopefully it holds up, I'm sick of having this surgery

The mesh worked well for me.  I just kept going to yoga after being medically cleared to stretch the mesh.  Now I'm taking Tai Chi and Kung Fu classes.
