Very little mostly recovered from yesterdays stressful morning and a lunch tasted great but didn't go over very well with my stomach

So far, got one kid on her way to school after feeding her. Tucked the other in again, with some tea next to her bed. Fed cats. Sent an email. Fed myself too.

Time to do some laundry, and other stuff that makes things cleaner.

Helped five legal permanent residents naturalize.  Spending my second night in an armpit of a city.

Your walking is almost like another physical form of yoga when it comes to the level of awareness of being in the moment. To notice all the things that you do.

I do sort of get into a zen mode when I walk.  And I am an expert ground scanner, I also find a lot of loose change and other stuff, like pocket knives, car emblems, even a silver cuff link.   8)
