Went to my final psych session. Feel kind of weird because I am on my own now. The depression waxes and wanes but for the most part I am ok. Anxiety can be a problem but again I am mostly ok.

Shoveled the neighbors steps and the porch and ran the snowblower in the driveway, 2 loads of :laundry:, and the assorted tasks...I "might" have also blown some snow on the SO's car after he got done barking orders at me this morning over coffee.  :zoinks:

Worked for a while. Ate at Pizza Hut with the family. Talked to Company #1's representative--they really, really, really are not giving up.

Went to the dentist for a scale and clean. Because I wear retainers at night that have made my gums sensitive, when I rinsed after the clean I spat out a mouthful of blood. No wonder the cleaning hurt. Three hours later now and my mouth is still tender. Not wearing my retainers for tonight, it will hurt too much.

Going to the gym at 3 so that will get my mind off my mouth for a while.

Drank a beer sent by pm. Posted a bit. Feeling I am pretty knackered after a day of train traveling and socialising.

I'm longing to meet my bed, and get myself wrapped in covers and carried by a mattress.

Screaming kids, aimless wandering old men, evil middle-aged women with bad hairstyles that will run you down in a heartbeat...and some dude in a 3 piece suit with a cart full of vitamins and cleaning supplies that looked completely lost.

Loaded my groceries in my truck and watched a stock boy shove a whole set of outdoor furniture into a car just a bit bigger than a shopping cart. Amazing. :o
