Went and bought tiger teeth(the metal rods they use to hold up insulation)
Got some stuff at Harbor Freight
Had a video doctors appointment on a service like skype called doxy
Went out to lunch with the missus who had a snow day
Bought a refrigerator and  took it home in my trailer
Tinkered a bit

Took PA to meet with someone who speaks Russian and wants to improve their English.  She's returning to Mannheim at the end of the month.  There's the possibility of him Skyping with her when we get settled in the house again.

Went on an hour's walk with the walking group. I drank so much water because of the heat. Even early in the morning it was hot. I then negated any good I did in walking by having a chocolate milkshake at the cafe we ended up at.

I then went shopping for cat food and also bought a pair of kitchen scissors because the ones we have are useless.

Drove home in air-conditioned comfort. Took all the washing off the line, folded it and put away. Started another load of washing which I am about to go and hang out. Dries in about an hour in this heat.

Got kids up, fed and on their way to school.
Emergency trip to supermarket for catfood and cereal. (5 minutes by bike max.)
Got a brace for ankle of youngest on the way to the busstop.
Second batch of laundry is getting tossed and turned in the washing machine.
First batch is hanging. Folded and cleared away two batches of the days before.
(Apart from the speed-dating and matching of socks, that still is awaiting me)
Fed cats. Made a new feeding box puzzle for them. One of the former boxes was almost falling to pieces. Might have made it too easy. At least for Luna. It is hardly slowing her down in gobbling up her food.
Made a to do / taa daa list too.
And had coffee, nice coffee.

Went to my friend's house for a barbecue. Her parents invited me along with some neighbours and family members. I had steak in a bread roll, cherry tomatoes, cheese, a bit of lettuce and some awesome potato salad. For dessert there was raspberry and white chocolate ice cream. Delicious.

Am home now and not hungry for dinner.

Celebrated kids bd from a few days ago.
So, catered family, fed them cake, treated them, told them to go for a walk at a nearby nice place, while I made various soups. Fed the whole party when they returned. And slowly all left again.

Went allright. Sending the whole party away for a walk was good. The sounds and energy of the little ones could go elsewhere than bouncing of walls in our ears.

When most were gone, only a friend and one brother staying, we played Scrabble and helped ourselves to a second serving of cake.

Consumed way too much port :wine: after every one went to bed last night. 

Woke up...my brain finally engaged 2 hours later, cleaned cupboards, took out trash, :laundry:, :Icequeen:, and made pork roast.

Dusted my room today (yesterday on the 31st of Jan) as in each blind blade by hand under my bed spring cleaning type of cleaning...Room needed it...

Got my nails done the other day, they were looking shabby...

And currently trying to sleep but it's not proving helpful...

Got up, and had a painkiller. pressed fingertips really hard in the worst muscle knots. Posting while waiting for it to work.
Left side is improving nicely. That is where the worst muscle knots in my shoulders were. Time to go knot finding on the right side too, and torture myself a bit more.
I think I pressed myself a nice bruise on the left shoulder. I pressed till I felt like passing out.

Got a kid out of bed and to school.
Other kid out of bed, and back in bed again. Massive migraine.
Was relieved when support person canceled appointment.
Procrastinated like a pro.
Watched documentaries and read up on some books I might want to buy.
