Drove 45 minutes to work on  house with my brother only to have them change just about everything that was to be done.
Made phone calls went to the bank then drove home

My g'friend in Texas sent our Christmas presents (spread the cheer throughout the year).  While sorting out who's was who's, I claimed a bottle of purple nail polish.  Taking my cue from a person I admire, I decided to paint my nails.

After I'd done that I found out it's Epilepsy Day.  Guess what colour is for the day?  I is happy and feeling girlish now.

Went to the local Citizen's Advice Bureau to get advice on immigration stuff for Brenna.  The advisor had to leave for a meeting and could only talk for a few minutes, but she'll make inquiries for me and I can talk to her in greater detail next Thursday.
