Just finished cooking the best chilli I ever ate, I'll post the recipe later when I'm done drinking my beer, having a fag, and a bedtime shot of methoxetamine.
God damn....Lady luck was truly with me tonight, I was cursing the fact that the local supermarket stopped selling morels, and thought I was in for just a decent chilli, but instead, at the last minute, I found a big bag full of dried black morels, my favourite kind, rehydrated them, and stuck them in there.
Absolutely made the meal, I'm just looking forward to breakfast time.
