I just repaired my old pair of trainers, by filling the holes in the sole with sillicone rubber sealant, then squirting a big blob of it inside and out, smoothing them off, so they can't take in water.

Having my morning shot. Having a rollup whilst I wait for the two lamb steaks I bought to marinate and take up as much of the flavorsome  sauces and spices they were covered with as possible before I go downstairs again and toss them both in the frying pan for a nice tasty steak brekky.

Shower....I'm going to have a shower to warm up.

I think I'm going to use the raspberry and vanilla shower wash that smells like lollies to cheer myself up.
