Happy birthday again CBC.

Currently-reading more stuff, papers on opioid splice variants, tolerance regulation and switching between inhibitory and excitatory G-proteins/their intracellular effectors.

Just took my pain pill for tonight and a couple of muscle relaxers, my hamstrings were tight and calf was cramping. The spasticity there really bothers me, those will help, especially as I'll have to stand for some time while cooking my chilli in a bit, as soon as they start working.

Cooking dinner - red beans, rice, sausage and french bread.

Modified - make that tomorrow's dinner.  The beans won't be cooked in time.
