Just relaxing, finally.

Just got over a rotten cold. Topped off by several days and nights of complete inability to sleep.
Got back earlier from the docs,as I was finally due for getting my meds refilled.

Couldn't have come at a better time, my doc increased the dose of tizanidine I take for cramping in my calf, but I've been having some lower back pain of late. Good sizxed dose of that, and my oxy...just took all that lot, and its such a relief.

What I'm doing...waking up..slowly.

Thats much better. A good long sleep, first I've had in days.

Sat on my arse in trafford general hospital, just had an MRI done on my knee. Should have the results in about 10 days. Damn lighting was way too bright in there. At least i got to keep the blindfold i got given though.

Having either

A) another TIA - too many bananas lately
B) high blood sugar level - was high this morning, took med and will retest in about 30 minutes
C) high blood pressure - took med and will see what happens.
