Does it tell you to practice standing on one foot while you are standing near a counter you can grab, if necessary?  I think the next step would be to stand on one foot on a cushion near the counter or else on the bed, or to practice standing on one foot on the floor near the counter with your eyes closed.

I'm probably about to cook some rice. I feel an urge for food, but I can't go to McDonalds - I had a salad, cappuccino and a cake at the café today - 140 kronor  :-\

Dropped the oldest off at his Dad's and now I'm enjoying a fire on a rainy night, and waiting for my late dinner to finish cooking. Was supposed to meet some friends for a girls night but I forgot and went grocery shopping instead and didn't remember until I was in the bread aisle. :laugh:
