Getting ready to start dinner.  Fortunately I planned a simple one:  pan-fried ham steak, frozen mac and cheese for the PR, noodles for PA and me, mixed frozen veggies.

Emotionally eating Hykeaswell's ice cream - Moo-llennium Crunch.  It was introduced in wait for it, 2000.  It's vanilla flavored ice cream with chocolate and caramel clusters, pecans, almonds and walnuts.

Homemade.  It's just humus flavored I guess :)

Lots of lemon juice and extra fresh garlic, so maybe it's lemon and garlic flavored.  Mostly I taste the Tahini :)
