At present I'm listening to/watching my TV. A prince (Johan Friso) of Orange, (and others ofc.), is victim of an avalanche in Austria/Lech. Rescue folks are searching for the group at the moment. No certain news about serious casualties (for now).

I'm also making appelflappen/turnover/pøff pastry filled with a mixture of pieces of apple, raisins, walnut, lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar (pinchlet salt). Pre-heating the oven at the moment.
