Installing some games. Doing Mass Effect now. Since the third one is coming out in a couple of months, I want to create a new completed save. Yep, may change my mind on getting it, but only because I might as well have the whole trilogy. If it does indeed suck, then I can simply avoid buy any future titles from EA.

Is there an urgent care facility as a part of the NHS, or would you need to go to A&E?  Do you have an ask-a-nurse telephone number you can call?

Here, I would just go to the urgent care part of the clinic where my doctors practice, unless it's closed and in that case, I would have to go to the emergency room.

IMO, if it's something that needs antibiotics, then waiting for even a day can cause a smallish problem to get much bigger.

My grammar and spelling are deplorable the spell check mostly takes care of that part but the grammar part is difficult for me.
