Yesterday I bumped my little toe against a bench. Like usually, I was barefoot but had no idea it how bad it was 'till I woke up this morning. It was a lousy wound and it was inflamed. Still is. Well, what I'm doing now, is, sitting with my right foot in a little bath with warm water with sodium carbonate dissolved in it. Hope that helps a little.
