Chorizo is my weakness. I love the flavouring. I make this dish I call "Food From The Gods" because it's so good and it involves chorizo, roasted potatoes, red bell peppers, shredded cheese and green onion plus seasonings. All cooked together.  It's so friggin good! I always make a big big dish of it so there's leftovers for breakfast.

Trying to solve a Mahjong tile board. Play that game quite often but with varied results, tbh.

I love Mahjong but cannot play two games one after the other. Keep mixing up tiles I took away in the first with tiles in the second. Iz need a break, a time-off, in between games.

And.. do you do jigsaw puzzles on your computer? I never have done so. Once in a while I lay one, offline/with real pieces, say on a rainy day (in Winter).

A round one with lots of birds of prey is favorite here.

Just cooked enough eggs to last the dogs for the next 3 breakfasts and am watching the local morning news while the monkeys sleep in. They deserve it. They were rock stars yesterday.

Yeah, my go to site is Jigidi.  It's free and has lots and lots of puzzles, all the way from 12 pieces to maybe 500.

Listening to the radio. A Flemish channel playing a song by Interpol, I believe. Not a band I really like.

Also thinking about how to set up a thread about birds.. properly so. Stuff tends so easily get derailed here (well, on lots of fora, imo).. and that is really not a helping factor in my life.. whilst being aware that I'm contributing to that 'derailing' too. Maybe even more so than others.

Well, I accept what it is. (One can go angry with what the weather brings but you're a fool doing so, I say)

Um, quite a few different songs have been aired since I started typing this. :laugh: Song being played now is okay though.
