i have never done said activities in that order.  at the moment i feel energetic and angry and i think a sauna would make me too chilled out.



also,  i don't have a pool or a sauna anyway :zoinks:

I've done it pretty much since I was born. First the sauna and then the swim, that is.

well, i have been known to leave the shower running really hot for ages with my clothes hanging up in the bathroom when i been too lazy to iron them :zoinks:
