The physiotherapist said that the injury is in my priformis muscle and that it hurts like a bugger at times because the sciatic nerve runs through that area.  She also said that my psychiatrist was way off base with suggesting it was psychosomatic.

^My mum has hurt that muscle before, so that it hurt to walk. She got given some stretches to do that helped.
