Insert "been" after never.

There are quite a few verbs that come to mind, but been was the one I had in mind originally.

consider being a poll commissioner.  I'm paid $200 for a little work (except for major elections) for 15 hours work.  I'll make between $600 and $800 this year for sitting and writing people's names down and pressing a button to activate the voting machine.
