Didn't wanna chicken out on my grill out today, but it's VERY hot. Maybe cook something in in the oven. My mind was set on the pork loin I found this week while at the butcher grabbing some beef. Then I thought,  "Do I want to start a fire outside or inside?" It's hot.

Fire outside.

This game I played with myself as I was awakening for the day at about 5AM, is still in my mind and I am so glad I did not heat up the house.
The pork loin was slow smoked from around 6-ish AM until about two hours ago. My wife made potato salad and I grilled some veggies to go with it.  It was amazing.

I think we'll be fine.

I think one day I will eventually commit suicide. So much bad luck over the past several years, and a lack of forgiveness for myself and from others.
