Proper car care and level 3 water restrictions are not compatible with one another.
The restrictions specifically say "bucket" (non-plural), so no more two-bucket car wash method. Nor do I have a lawn to park on whilst doing so.
I could take the car to a self serve car wash place but the brushes are scratchy, and I certainly don't trust the pimply teens at the valet one nearby.

Yep, the brushes are scratchy. And the water hose water strength has been enough to take the black paint off my window striping. I was pretty upset when that happened.

I have The Mandalorian theme music stuck in my head. I might listen to it again before bed.

We had no internet or phone at work today. Some random managed to cut the cable running along the street!

Thinking about koalas and how there's lots of sad ones at the moment.

Gonna bite the bullet this year and begin the process of putting up xmas decorations on Friday.  I work this weekend and it will be hellish at walmart.  So do a chunk of it after Thanksgiving and the rest when I have my 4 days off stretch.   :hide:  OY  Cthulhu have mercy on me!  Can't wait for this bloody year to be over and done with.   :fp:

I really want to go to bed for the night (it's only 6:30pm, don't judge  :laugh: ) but I have to wait and pick up monkeboy from work at 10:30pm. Really hoping he's not closing tonight and gets out on time.
