I'm wondering why the tenants in unit 5 have the carpet from their stairs still sitting outside in the weather. I Repeat, Tenants. Unless there was some legit reason such as the house flooding they're in deep shit when the agent sees it. And are they ever going to move that bed frame still leaning against the common property fence?

The carpet is draped over a table in the rain.
