Last night the PR came up to me and in a loving, sweet voice thanked me for teaching her all she needed to know.
It seem she's getting married and is pregnant. All of this over the Internet. Why do I have to live in such interesting times?
I'm just waiting for the shoe to drop when she realizes all of this is fantasy and her tears start flowing. I'm stocking up now on the booze that I'll need for later on.
She thinks she is pregnant from the internet? Is it a video game or something?

The PR had a stroke before she was born. She has epilepsy, mild/moderate cerebral palsy, mild/moderate mental retardation, high functioning autism and ADD - Inattentive. Add to this that she is an only child, she spends a lot of time on the internet and has imaginary sisters and brothers and an imaginary boyfriend. We've gone through Daniel Radcliffe, James Maslow, some others I can't remember. There is always tears when she finds out they're dating someone and cheating on her. She's now passed on to the marriage and children stage.
Added - She's 25 and functions on about a 9 y/o level, but with some mature areas.
Ahh, understood. Would it help to get her a pet, to replace the child she isn't having?

PA (Prince Albert).
We live in New Orleans and don't need to worry about evacuating with an animal. (We're not cruel, but Martha did fine for 4 weeks outside for Hurricane Katrina until we could return home.)
When PA dies, I'm thinking of getting a dog for each of us and not evacuating.
