I've been a really lazy creature today.

Every cow deserves a day to relax in the field, grazing on clover!   :hyke:

I am noticing other people's kyphosis more, now that I know that my own upper spine is slightly rounded forward.  :nerdy:

 :indeed:

Kyphosis
Kyphosis is a curving of the spine that causes a bowing or rounding of the back, which leads to a hunchback or slouching posture.
Misunderstood.

Yes!  My neck bends a bit far forward so that my head sits a little far forward.  :nerdy:

If you've made a really dynamite post or pm copy it before sending.  When your internet connection crashes you won't  :hair: and can re-send it.

The other day I saw decorated cookies in the supermarket.
The decorations had turned out a bit awkward.
They were like the spaceships of Bodie's Urchin.

There's a word for that?  I was teased mercilessly for this as a kid.  I don't think I actually have something wrong with my spine, or if I do it isn't bad.  I was just trying not to be seen.  Rule 1:  don't stand up.

Mine is not bad either, but even when I straighten my shoulders and hold my head up straight, there is a slight hump.

Also, I have read that when a person is seen in profile, the ear should line up with the shoulder.
My ear, and thus my head, sits a little forward of the shoulder.  I could "fix" it by tensing my neck muscles till my chin
disappears into my neck   but I can't keep that up all the time.  But it's a minor quirk, harmless so far.

I think the cardboard on my bedroom windows is helping me to sleep more deeply, thus to have better dreams!  :orly:
