I seem to be getting a higher count number on my geiger counter than usual today

No not even enough to get a reading on the two  geiger counters I have .  You have to watch an listen for the clicks and count them over a minute just a slight increase it seems in the normal background radiation

They tested the emergency public address system in my town today they must be worried about the approaching storm

Some 'guys' are making quite heavy firework bombs here.. and today 'they' set off three (as far I could hear them going off) of them today. This afternoon one gave my windows quite a shake.. and I wondered.. WTF was that?

It provided me with a good random observation.


Observed too, today, that my sense of humour is a bit more brutal than that of most people. Loved some slips of the tongue in a speech today, when others averted their eyes.
