The bigger the SUV, the slower they go over the speed bumps in the parking lots.
Yeah! Which is bizarre.
I slow down for speed bumps but not that much, unless there is a car in front of you, rolling over them slow makes no sense

My Brugmansia is in bloom. This evening, when the plant opens its big flowers, I'll try to take a picture of the søcker, I reckon. (not a promise though)

Damn, tofu is filling as hell.

Got 2 trays of king prawn in hot  pepper sauce and 2 tofu in black bean sauce. Started out hungry as hell, but could only finish part of the first.

Saving the rest for later and breakfast, after I get back from the dr to pick up my (fucking late...THANKS a bloody bunch to the new doc working there. Seizures, throwing up, pain in hip/knees/opioid w/d. Great.

Drinking a quart of prune juice in one morning is ... contraindicated.  :zoinks:

I have a very distinct feeling my next door neighbour is on the spectrum.

When first moving in, she came down to stay for a few days at a time to get used to the new place,
when gardening, hanging pictures up inside she wants everything done just right, and other things besides.

Not to mention, quite a fox :D

I was talking to her earlier, and couldn't help but think 'hey....that is uncannily like me'

Random observations-I wish I'd skipped my evening dose of erythromycin. I just threw up so hard I felt like I'd just been kicked in the stomach by a horse.

I just hope having a meal immediately after doesn't piss my innards off. I just had a bowl of chinese style king prawns in a really delicious hot and spicy black pepper sauce :P

Going to let that digest before I have a light and easy to digest pudding-deepfried banana fritters in banana syrup and batter.

I'll be damn glad to get to my docs surgery, and see one who has a bit more compassion than an angry puff adder. There will be a rx waiting to be picked up...or there fucking better be, if said arse gremlin can be trusted.

Thankfully no more seizures, myoclonus yes, but of a localized variety, E.g jerking of arms, torso, legs etc in isolation without spreading to a more generalized, full-blown myoclonic episode. I was unable to get any specific anticonvulsant med at the hospital yesterday, but getting enough oxy to tide me over the weekend until 8:30am this morning when I pick up my next rx, and clonidine enough for likewise.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the seizure tendency that seems to present night have to do with a generalized sympathetic overloading, or alternately, parasympathetic under-activity. When this sort of shit kicks off, my HR shoots up, body hair stands on end on arms, feel very overstimulated, nauseous, etc.

I almost tossed my cookies all over my copy of 'the handbook of clinical immunology and allergy' that I was lying in bed trying to read. Just managed to leg it to the bog in time.

Lestat - Have you tried making a ginger tisane? Drinking that may help combat all the nausea.

Good idea miss K, should have thought of that myself. I have a decent hunk of dried ginger root on my kitchen windowsill as it happens. Although I did take 10mg domperidone, an antiemetic, and a couple of chlorphenamine pills, which has helped, at least enough for my insides not to become outsides, when filled with hot black pepper sauce that my prawn chinese comes in:P

I HATE throwing up.

Yeah but if you can combat it naturally, would probably do your body some good. It takes a lot for the body to process all the chemical mixes.
