Yes, change isn't a bad thing per se but I'm a (dull) rhythm kinda chap and unexpected surprises..

Well, it depends. Meeting someone whilst out, invited them for a cup of coffee, can be cool/nice but *ding dong* (= unexpected doorbell) and me not having had my shower yet a/o cleaned my teeth, looking like I just fell out of bed (at 2 in the afternoon) is something I don't like that much.

Do like 'my' logical rhythm I tend to follow most of the time. Dull? Yeah, maybe. Don't mind much though. Like the ease it brings, I think.

Unexpected change IS a bad thing. What kind of spazz are you?

This is one of Bowie's finest recordings ever. It never received any airplay in the 1970s.   Fucking bozos were too busy playing Boston over and over at that time.  :thumbdn:

Today I lost about (dunno exactly) 100 channels to watch on my telly. It was the end of my free-trial period after changing to a digital provider a couple of weeks ago.

Still not sure if I should take a broader package of channels.

Out of all the channels I have 90% of the time I am watching 1 out of 4 channels with about 3 or 4 others being watched the remaining 10% of the time.

^ Meaning there's no real need to have > 150 channels? If so, I agree. Too much crap on the telly as it is.

Well, going to try this 'small' basic package for a while and maybe if I miss it much I'll extend the package with some science, nature and news channels (English/US 'based' mostly) later on.

Um, doubt I will.

We have a few dozen channels to choose from. I wonder if anyone actually watches every one of them regularly.

This will end up in an interesting thread on the digestive tract of dogs.
