They have a bit different names in English, though. Mårran is the Groke, for instance. :toporly:

It isn't  :(

My mum said that tomorrow they are meant to call her though.  Since apparently they need 4 new parts for the boiler but only one of them is necessary for hot water, so my mum is gonna try and get them to install the one part tomorrow.  If that fails, then we may have to wait till Thursday to get the thing fixed  :-\
