People driving are bigger pigs than I thought!

Oink Oink?  :o

Somehow you don't strike me as someone who throws their trash on the roadside!

I don't throw my trash on the roadside... ever since the stern lecture from my father last time... I learned better (of course I was 7 years old at the time)

Kayleigh got $30 from the recycling center, it lasted all of about 10 minutes on her. She bought a game called Hive for $29. She gave me the $1 change.

I can tolerate ultra-religious types... but for some reason, they can't tolerate me. Meh... oh well, I'm going to throw a pie on Twitter now.

Digging thru my files in full decluttering mode I found a few treasures.  A nice letter of recommendation from one of the few nice people at a "school" I was in for nursing school.  And 3 letters of gratitude from former patients families of people I cared for during my nursing career.  My heart is full!

Woke up thinking my weight was going to go up... turns out, it went down and I wish for it to continue going down to my eventual goal.

Lots of bots looking at Intensity - averaging over 40 at any one time these past few days.

It's rainbow time in the diningroom.  :orly: Certain times per year, the setting sunlight hits the chandelier and creates rainbow speckles all over the walls. It only last a few minutes, but it's really nice.

It would happen twice a year. Twice a year, the afternoon sun shines into my bedroom and Kira the cat likes to bask in it. Now the days are longer than the nights here.

I've never really noticed what months it happens, but that makes sense.

Took  a hike today with Carla at a historic old farmhouse site as well as having it's own mill and quarry from the 1800's.  Beautiful day, except for the hazy conditions caused by the wildfires in Northern Canada above Quebec.  There are more trails to check out for a later time.  The trail we followed today led to the summit of a hill with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills.  At the top was a graveyard with the youngest tombstone marked 1868.  There were obviously a number of graves unmarked except for depressions in the ground to mark them.  There was a stone bench in the front by the gate that Carla and I rested on to admire the view.   8)

I have renamed the road I pick trash up on "Auto parts road", due to the fact that I seem to find a lot of discarded auto/truck pieces on the side.  Today, it was a long piece of plastic exterior molding.   ::)

There are a couple of window films that do that. Bought one for a temp fix in my living room. Throws rainbows everywhere.

I ordered a cheaper one, this one is supposed to be very nice. Going to try it next in the front room.
