Kira snores quite loudly and Rowan sleeps in strange positions.

Thought I'd continue the thread with a post about our cats.

The chihuahua my parents have snorts like a pig when he is both awake and asleep.

Your cat is a beast.  :roar: The dog is old and slow so I don't stress about it as much, but when he was younger I always worried he might get hold of one. Squirrels have big sharp teeth and I was concerned the squirrel might win. :emosad:

Not sure about all that, but I downloaded plans to build a squirrel feeder when I get my woodworking shop going again. It is made to fill with nuts in the spring. It is a cute design. The squirrel steps up and the lid flips open to reveal the mass of bounty.

I don't think Sugarbutt has ever purposely fed the squirrels. He does scatter birdseed on the ground for the doves, so the squirrels eat that too, plus the birds drop a lot of seed from the feeders. There's two enormous oaks in the back yard, and even more on the other side of the fence, so we're always sort of infested with squirrels. It's common to see 8-12 of them eating birdseed off the ground at one time. :lol1:

You have 8-12, I have thirty or more.
I want to entice a hundred or more.

Squirrels are awesome!

I feed the birds mainly and the squirrels have a fun day, but creating a game for the squirrels will be fun.

I'm trying to imagine how much space that would take, with the way squirrels social distance from each other.  :lol1:

That is a part of the fun!
Watching four squirrels fight over one nut when there are hundreds in the feeder is almost Pay TV worthy.
