I think dad officially lives on an inland island. Can't go east, west, south or north. All directions are blocked by flooding.

I also think this will persist all summer.

Looks like the trumptard republican red wave fizzled out to a red tide.......still toxic with a strong stench.  But, NH rejected every trumpolini endorsed candidate by wide margins.  Of particular satisfaction was reading about Pennsylvania and pseudo "Dr" Mehmet Oz getting trounced by his Democratic rival and after saying he wouldn't accept the election results had no choice but to concede after the landslide.  There is hope for democracy yet!   8)

Illinois has spoken... a lot of Millenials and Gen Z showed up to vote.... meaning Darren Bailey isn't governor, JB Pritzker gets his second term, and so far... I'm satisfied.

How else will I be satisfied? Oh right... When the stench of MAGAites is no more.

So far they're recovering... I'm still confused why I tested negative for COVID and the two people I help with every Saturday both tested positive.

It's weird. Husband has had a few customers test positive..and their wives...even after sleeping in the same bed, taking zero precautions...continued to test negative, with no symptoms. Others will get sick, test negative on multiple rapid tests but test positive at the hospital on another test.

That is the extent of the fancy dancing that the internals of a washing machine can do and yet the fucking things can turn t-shirts or anything inside out and tie things in knots that only Gordian can untie.

Crush boi's obsessed friendzoned girl is as it again. This time she's mad that I was invited to the RFS open day to see him in fireman uniform and she wasn't.
I mean, it wasn't an exclusive event, it was an OPEN DAY. If she wanted to come she need only rock up!

She'll be rabid when she finds out it might only be me and crush boi doing the Kosciusko hike in January  :zoinks:
