I overslept this morning. Lucky I work from home.

I really want to take this job... but I'm uneasy about it because of the public transportation being "meh"

I hope you like the new job, Genesis.

I am getting so fucking sick of tv ads for the magatard/trumptards republitards.  In fact I am getting really really sick of political ads in general!   :finger:

TWO MORE WEEKS!
Two more weeks!

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

As much as my understanding of intellect, filtered through my touchy, overactive mind, tells me that when you pluralize nova, you have to say novae, it still makes me want to puke.

I already voted early, so while election day is happening... I'm either going to be working, or hiding in my mothers basement sleeping.

I'm blessed by the Lord,  well at least according to the Jamaican lady who told me at least ten times as she walked down the sidewalk in front of the house I was working on today

Sounds like a good omen!  Accept it for that!  That's my gut feeling!

An old acquaintance from the mall said I'm too sweet to be alone...

If I'm too sweet, why am I always afraid of being dumped for something much worse?

One of those huge trucks - an 18-wheeler from the looks of it - had overturned on the motorway this morning. Not sure how it happened but it took them all day to clean up and open up again.

Am I the horrible person they've made me out to be... or is that the lingering of the last ounce of gaslighting still in my head?

I recently saw a youtube video of an Australian person. They didn't have a stereotypical accent but something in their speech caught my attention. Then more recently I was watching a baking show that also had an Australian person who did the same thing. They both used a k sound at the end of ing words, like somethink and anythink. I wonder if this is a common occurrence or maybe regional like different accents in the US. I also wonder if it's done for all ing words, or only the ones ending with thing.  :dunno:

I'm sure there is some of it up in Minnesota/Midwest US that have those dialects... possibly in parts of New England as well.
