Had a contractor friend who always told me he bills his clients as soon as he thinks about them. He wasn't wrong. It's too easy to reply to Teams messages or email during off hours without including any of it in the invoice. I'm getting better at it, though.

I'm doing odd hours for another client. It's not much, and most of it is just keeping up with their ever-changing ISO requirements, but I've been making sure that they pay for not only the actual hours put into those but also the admin work and all those little things that add up.

You can get it on your phone, computer or roku for free.  I have an old tv in my office that I use for broadcast stations and checking old video games and its nice to be able to have something on that doesn't require cable or internet

Felt makes a much better edging than black ribbon for ghost costume eyes.

Was looking through old photos on the hard drive yesterday. When the kid was into Naruto and wanted to be Gaara...and there wasn't a costume to be found.





That damn Gourd took me a week to make. :laugh:

That is really cool.

The ghost costume is pretty simple, just a cheap white towel that I cut holes in for eyes and mouth, but he's pretty excited about it. He loves being a ghost after his bath by putting the towel over his head.
