It appears to me that the people who are against vaccine certificates are also the same people that are against vaccines in general.  And masks.  Social distancing.  Lockdowns.  Foreign people.  Foreign languages.  Foreign people speaking foreign languages.  Dark skin in general.  People with education.  And books.

I'm not saying they're wrong and I'm right (although I am right).  I'm just saying that there is definitely a type.
