^ Glad your gang is in the clear, DD

I figured out how to backwash the pool sand filter today by myself to see if it would fix the filtration issue we were having. I'm one of those people who doesn't hold on to info if I'm not doing it myself on a near daily basis. I hadn't done this one before but figured it out easy enough and solved the filter problem with the pool which had caused a problem with the gas pool heater and I saved us two tech visits, one from the pool company and one from the gas tech.  :nerdy:
:GA: Pools are awesome, but they are a raucously loud pain right in some of our quiet places. You know what I mean.

Yes, usually quiet. No comments about the mysterious balloon music coming from the pool, please.

Yeah, thanks, but to think outloud a moment ...
I was not really worried except for a little for my son, who was at a local known infection site for hours.

I still think it was all him and his hesitancy to touch anything. Now, we give him a very good reason to not touch anything and he is right at home.

Probably have not shared this much, but I LOVE that "little" fellow (he is larger than I am).

The so-called Palme Group, who's been investigating the murder of our then-PM, Olof Palme, closed down the investigation today, 34 years after the fact. The person most likely to have committed the murder is dead and they say there's little else to be investigated now. They name the person, though, and implied that had it not been for the original investigation being a complete mess, that person would have been prosecuted.

And of course, every amateur sleuth is now protesting and calling the investigation a scandal. Guessing this will lead to a host of new private investigations, magazine articles, TV shows and whatnot, and at some point there will be a new official committee looking into the murder.

Etc.

Part 2 of the Aspie client at work. Apparently his stutter is even worse in person.

The bunnies are officially gone because Phoenix showed me where the nest was and she was digging to make sure there weren't any left in there. Now she's obsessed with it and has trampled the garden.  :facepalm2:

Never mind...
Crazy, I'm halfway to crazy
Suicide would waste me
Homicide would break me
Tongue tied and tied to the tongue
Tongue tied and tied to the tongue
Oh, is life as bad as dreams
I guess that's just the way it seems

After getting to the house a  I was working while sitting in the van drinking coffee with my brother a red fox casually strolled down the center of the street with a dead woodchuck in it's mouth.  It went a block down the road then turned left down the center of the side street.  I hope Gary is ok  :zoinks:
