I only drove in NYC once, and it was a miserable experience.

My sister said I wouldn't enjoy NYC, too flashy, all the other schpeal...

Yet when I was in London UK, I was enjoying the little bit I was observing... of course, I was sleep-deprived from being awake on the plane from O'Hare to Heathrow.

When I go to the UK again, I wouldn't mind seeing London again, maybe go visit Manchester as well.

Kids driving their bikes on the wrong side of the road. Not a lot of traffic on that particular road but cars are bigger than bikes.
In Canada the police tell them to do that so that they can see the cars coming.

This was in the middle of said road.

That's the rule here for pedestrians in the countryside. Not for people on bikes. Bikes are big part of traffic here. They have to follow the "regular" rules. And very often they will have their own paths or lanes to use.

It's you and the Danes. One less amusing side of working in Copenhagen was to avoid getting run over by the bikes in the morning. They all hate pedestrians, it seems.

Here pedestrians often have their own paths to use. Especially when there will be lots of traffic on biicycle. So, most of the time it's fine. Often more clearly separated from the main road than the cyclist's lanes too.

But yes, cyclist's can be as agressive in traffic as other users of the road. Big problem here are the cyclist's with electrical support. Some if them go way to fast for a bicycle lane, but can't be on the main lanes either.

The problem with cyclists around here is that they don't respect any rules. They ride their bikes on pavements and on main roads, depending on what happens to be best at any given moment.

Lots of prohibited vehicles on the parkway today,  technically I was one of them but you would have to look at my registration to see that I'm slightly over the weight limit

My PC is having issues... so I decided to Crank Tweet Microsoft on the matter...

If anyone objects, please do so and I'll keep it in my logs.... if not, I'm going to raise hell with Microsoft regarding Windows 10.

Schools are closed next week for March Break and the province has decided to close all public schools until April 6.

Should I call myself off of work tomorrow? Just so I am on the safe side?

Denmark and Norway are closing their schools for a while. Sweden's keeping them open for now.

We're working from home as of today.

They haven't closed the cub's daycare... yet.
