My house still smells like the babysitter's perfume.

Put me in the crisis boat too.

There's place for just a few more. And then we'll take off on a long long yourney. There will be alone time, there will be music, there will be books, there will be fun, there will have to be some folk festivals.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

The fact that my daughter's left the nest does not mean that she's suddenly immune to her OCD and no longer looking for assurances from me.

This. I'm at my wits end with the oldest. His is off the charts right now and combining that with his anxiety and work stress, it's constant questions. He can't seem to trust his own opinion about anything right now.  :(

It gets to be a bit much sometimes. I'm not about to give her the assurances she craves but therapy through text messages is a lot of work.

Same. We've been talking a lot about how he knows he has the skillset to answer these questions on his own but he doesn't like the feeling of anxiety so he wants someone else to answer it for him so it gets rid of the feeling quickly but that's not actually helping him.

The texting is a lot and it's amazing how much energy that can take.

I hear you. I'm in the same boat, I feel like I'm tethered to the phone some days now.

I think enough of us have reached the stage in life where we need a section just for the parenting struggles. lol
