Sleep deprived is probably a normal state of affairs most of the time. Haven't seen any sign of menopause. About ten years ago thought it was coming early, having only three or four cycles per year for about three years. It may have been due to working mainly around men. Then got current job position and now sit surrounded by fertile women; have been regular ever since. :laugh:
How old are you? Could you be peri-menopausal? It happens a good 10 years before menopause itself. I've always had crappy sleep cycles but it got even worse once peri-menopause hit. And yes, your brain goes too! Forget things, miss things etc.
Am 45, but haven't had any symptoms at all. Just some recent garbled text noticed here. Have been overly preoccupied with a recent interest and those thoughts tend to intrude on other things, but not so much at work. Actually have been feeling very focused and on point at work; will have to make a point to notice if emailing any word salad. Hopefully not.

LNWS = late night wine spill?

One section of my keyboard is not so responsive...too lazy to change it yet.

Wine has claimed the lives of countless keyboards.

How would you know about menopausal anything miss K....your about 30 years too early from the look of you. Either that  or your a 'vintage wine' ager rather than a 'cheese' ager. The former get older, more precious and more tempting to do things involving one's mouth, to. The other gets older, stinkier and probably moldy:P

Pics I've seen I could have taken you for mid-late 20s. If it wasn't for your having kids AND a brain I'd have thought that the case.

I'm 42. Full on peri-menopausal and hating every minute of it. Aging has never bothered me and still doesn't. But this PM stuff I really don't need.

Have noticed though that now Monkeyboy has reached the age of 18 and has cleared 6ft, when we're out together people assume we're a couple. We've had our fair share of assumptive people making off colour remarks which are both mortifying and hysterically funny. :laugh:

If you plant your feet how can you go anywhere?  Do your feet prefer sun or shade?  How much water?
